Description

This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) is an invitation to submit proposals for the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden Community Centre Public Art Project. The City of Lethbridge is inviting Artists working or living in Canada or holding Canadian citizenship to participate in a public competition.
The City of Lethbridge is inviting professional artists to submit proposals for a permanent public artwork to be situated in the new Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden Community Centre, set to open in the summer of 2021. The selected artist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, fabricating and installing a permanent artwork that reflects the uniqueness and philosophies of the site as an authentic Japanese Garden developed in a Canadian style.
