Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority, Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the "Health Authorities"), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to extend a current Contract with the following supplier to provide contrast media CT-Tubing currently being used on site.

The proposed Contract Term is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 and has an estimated value of $500K CAD.

PHSA has chosen to extend this Contract to ensure continuity of services and stable pricing while it initiates a competitive procurement process.
Early completion of the competitive process may, at the discretion of PHSA, result in termination of this Contract before the end of the term.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Fran Zhang, Buyer, by email before 14:00 Pacific Time, June 1, 2020. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
