REQUIREMENT: Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defense has a requirement for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs and testing of all vehicle hydraulic hoists, scissor lifts and dock levelers at various locations of CFB Halifax and outlying areas.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization –Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period of this Contract will be for one (1) year from date of award with the option of two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

SECURITY: There is a Reliability Status Security requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
