Description

The scope of this project includes a major modernization (mechanical, electrical, site improvements, code upgrades, barrier free upgrades, hazardous materials abatement and program upgrades) of the Blue Hills Community School original permanent core (1,626 m²). The modernization includes an addition of 989 m² including gym and associated spaces, two classrooms, circulation, wall area and storage to allow the school to accommodate a built-out capacity of 200 students.
