Description

1.) This RFP is open to all interested vendors
2.) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the supply and delivery of hydro excavating bodies to be installed onto City supplied chassis (“Units”). These bodies will be utilized to perform utility maintenance by internal departments.
3.) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4.) The Deliverables are included in One (1) schedule. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.
The Agreement(s) will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. There is no PoC.
