Vendors are invited to submit Proposals as specified in this RFP. The principal focus of this RFP is to identify a preferred Vendor to provide and implement a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that will support ATRF’s current and target state needs.

ATRF is seeking to implement a new HRIS as part of an ongoing effort to deliver on our strategic objectives and, ultimately, improve ATRF’s operating performance. ATRF has an immediate need to implement a system that can support our Payroll and HR functions. Other modules and functionality will be considered once successful implementation of the Payroll and HR modules is completed.
