Description

Fraser Health is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal for Prime/Architectural Services for the New Surrey Hospital Project.

The New Surrey Hospital (NSH) will be a new community hospital including 156 inpatient beds, an emergency department, operating and minor procedure rooms, laboratory and diagnostic services, outpatient services, virtual care services, and other hospital supports.

The NSH Project will be located on a greenfield site in the Cloverdale area in Surrey, British Columbia. The Concept Plan for the new hospital was approved and publically announced by the Provincial Government on Dec 9, 2019, and is now in the Business Plan stage. This procurement is focused on design services required for the Business Plan.
