Description

In direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Remote Northern Transportation Office (RNTO) of the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is seeking professional cleaning services of airport facilities for 28 remote access communities through out Northwestern Ontario through an Invitation to Quote process.
Scope of Work
Professional cleaning is required for the airport terminal buildings, related building fixtures and amenities, including but not limited to;

•entryways and doorways, handles, hand rails and door knobs
•doors, walls, windows and window ledges
•Air carrier facilities, desk tops, shelves and counters
•passenger seating areas, chairs, benches and platforms
•washrooms and restroom facilities, including ALL fixtures and appliances
•utility and mechanical room, doors, walls, fixtures and appliance outers surfaces
•any other common surfaces normally exposed to airport passengers, workers and pedestrian traffic

All work must abide by RNTO standard operating procedures outlined in the procurement documents. The Ministry makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned to the successful Bidder.
