The addendum updates and is considered a part of the tender document and is available as an attachment to this tender on this site (NBON).

Addendum # 1 is being issued to respond to questions that have been asked from various proponents.
The addendum updates and is considered a part of the tender document and is available as an attachment to this tender on this site (NBON).

The Town of St. Stephen is inviting quotations from qualified proponents to supply and install office furniture solutions for the recently designed and completed municipal office space for the Town of St. Stephen, located at the Garcelon Civic Center.
Proponent proposals are to be developed based on furniture specifications, thought starters and furniture plans provided with the tender document, including attachments, which are available and must be obtained by (registering and) logging into the NBON and indicating an interest in this tender. All tender documents, including mandatory addendums, if any, are to be obtained from the registered NBON site.
As installation is required, all potential vendors will be required to demonstrate how they will be able to provide installation services in a timely manner, as required by the tender, and with current provincial travel restrictions involving Covid-19 regulations being a factor.
All proposals and tender questions are to be sent by Email, and as indicated in the tender, to:
Marine Chopin at chopin@tosssolutions.com and indicate Tender Number in subject line. Proposals or questions not forwarded in time as indicated in the tender or by addendum, may not be accepted.
Closing date for receipt for Tender proposals is Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 2:00pm Atlantic.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions the tender opening will not be open to the public, including proponents.
