Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified general contractors to complete the RCMP Building Stairwell Renewal - 6355 Deer Lake Avenue

PRE-QUALIFICATION

Following Request for Qualification #24-02/17, only the following pre-qualified general contractors will be invited to tender this project.

3. Halse Martin Construction Co Ltd.
4. Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd.
5. Holaco Construction (1997) Ltd.
6. Kinetic Construction Ltd.
7. Ledcor Construction Limited
8. Maple Reinders Inc.
9. Matra Construction Inc.
10. Parkwood Construction Ltd.
11. Pro-Can Construction Group Corp.
12. Turn-Key Construction Inc.
13. Turner Construction Company
14. Willow Springs Construction Ltd.

A MANDATORY site visit for this Tender will be held on July 9, 2020 commencing at 10:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Burnaby RCMP Detachment located at 6355 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby, BC and must wear non-medical grade masks and gloves for the duration of the site visit. Tenderers not following the PPE requirement will not be allowed to participate in the mandatory site visit. In addition, due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment P - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing@burnaby.ca. Furthermore, all mandatory site visit attendees must complete a Police Information Check before the site visit as per Attachment N - Mandatory Site Visit Instruction.
