Description

The purpose of this RFP is to award a contract, or multiple contracts, to a Vendor or Vendors that demonstrate and industry leading capability to supply and deliver automotive parts and products that support the Automotive Parts Program for RMA members. RMA members include any current and future Members – which include local government organizations located in all provinces and territories in Canada. For additional clarity, interested Proponents that serve select regions throughout Canada are encouraged to respond with their specific capabilities to supply and deliver a value-based solution for their region. All Proponents, however, are expected to focus their response for the purposes of the evaluation on their innate capability to supply and deliver a comprehensive product offering that exhibits a top-tier overall value-based solution for this Automotive Parts Program category.

This Automotive Parts Program RFP is specifically requesting comprehensive solutions for the categories listed below, however these identified categories are not to be understood as an all-inclusive list. Proponents are encouraged to provide all automotive part solutions in categories not otherwise mentioned, if applicable. Air Conditioning, Batteries, Belts & Hoses, Brakes. Cooling & Heating, Engine Parts & Mounts, Exhaust, Filters & Valves, Hardware & Fasteners, Ignition & Tune Up, Fluids & Chemicals, Paint, Ride Control & Suspension, Steering, Wheel, Tools & Shop Equipment, Tools & Shop Equipment (Including but not limited to Diagnostic Equipment, Jacks, Vehicle Lifts, Tire Changers, Wheel Balancing Equipment, Dollies), Transmission & Transaxle, Wiper Blades.
