Description

Request for Quote: For "Q 19/20 - Supply and Maintenance of Speed Reader Boards".

Scope of Work: The District is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide supply, and provide ongoing maintenance of speed reader boards for a trial period of 3 years.

The District intends to install up to 7 speed reader boards as an initial program (with options for 5 more) as per attached concept drawings and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of these devices for a period of up to 3 years.

At the District's option and sole discretion, the District may request the Contractor provide up to 4 additional years of annual maintenance (billed annually).
