RFQ for experienced consulting firms to undertake the comprehensive management and delivery of the design and contract administration services for ACE Phase 7 which consists of approximately 96 km of regional water transmission main. The scope of services includes all consulting services related to the final route selection, detailed design, contract administration and commissioning. The successful consultant may also be engaged on subsequent engagements without a further RFQ process
