Description

The goal of this requirement is to support the modernization and transformation of ROEB into a modern, mobile workforce while supporting the compliance and enforcement operational excellence agenda. Key elements of ROEB initiatives include: developing risk-based frameworks, building required infrastructure, implementing proactive intelligence-driven decision-making, and increasing enforcement and investigation activities.

A modern and mobile workforce enables organizational agility. This increases the need for greater risk tolerance, as well as streamlined and consistent decision-making processes and adequate analytical capacity. This requires a fundamental shift from current state to desired state, where strategic outcomes and principles guide decision-making, allowing inspectors greater flexibility in work methods keeping in mind the objectives to be achieved.
