2021-01-3308-FOM-18025-21FOM0004-001 - Project Management Services (WHT Mead Animal Sciences Centre) - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Lakeland College is seeking a proponent who can perform the following:
-Operate the P.M. services for the complete the Project scope of the WHT Mead Animal Sciences Centre Rehabilitation located on the Vermilion Campus. Coordination through all aspects, from start through completion with the budget of construction at approximately $11 million and the F & E costs at approximately $1 million.
-Provide quality service including equipment selection / tendering / purchasing integration for the Project noted above. Verifying planning level budgets as the design development progresses along with related scheduling and cash flow requirements. Reviewing and developing implementation strategies.
-Work closely with the Director, Facilities & Infrastructure and Manager, Capital Projects and Lakeland College Senior Leadership Team as required.
-The successful proponent shall provide and maintain at its own expense a $1 million professional liability insurance and $2 million general liability for the entire period of the contract.
-The successful proponent will submit a certificate of an account with Worker’s Compensation Board prior to commencement of work and submit letter of clearance with invoice requests.
