Description

Description of the procurement: The

National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking tenders for the delivery of maintenance management services for a five (5) year period beginning April 1, 2021, with a five (5) year renewal option, on natural and built facilities and assets as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The scope of work will include maintenance of parks, green spaces, recreational pathways, roadways, bridges, etc. The NCC will continue to provide planning and overall management of this important federal natural and cultural area in the National Capital Region. The NCC is seeking maintenance management services with the objectives of supporting high standards of service excellence at the best possible cost.
