Description

The Work to be undertaken is generally described as: Beaudry Place Drainage in the City of St. Albert.
Includes approximately:
• Sawcut, remove and dispose full depth asphalt.
• Remove, dispose and replace standard curb and gutter.
• Common excavation.
• Borrow excavation.
• Waste excavation.
• Supply and install catchbasins.
• Supply and install double catchbasins
• Supply and install manholes.
• Supply and install 150mm diameter PVC stormwater pipe from chamber to manhole.
• Supply and installation of 300mm diameter PVC stormwater pipe.
• Supply and installation of 300mm diameter PVC stormwater pipe, including
restoration of asphalt, curb and gutter, and landscaping.
• Supply and install underground stormwater detention system, including
chamber, non-woven and woven geotextile, impervious liner, and pipe for
connections, supplied by Nilex.
• Supply and install 25mm washed rock.
• Supply and install 200mmm concrete barrier curb.
• Subgrade preparation, 150mm thickness.
• Supply and install non-woven geotextile.
• Supply, place and compact 20mm granular base course.
• Supply, place and compact HT asphalt PG 64-28
