Description

Strathcona County is providing public opportunities for the purchase of municipally owned land for the purpose of commercial development. This land is located east of Range Road 222 south of Highway 16, and north of Baseline Road in the Hamlet of Ardrossan.
It is not the intent of the Request for Proposal to completely describe all aspects of the requirement for purchase and development of the municipally owned land and is being used as a guideline to ensure that the overall goal for development is achieved.
