ITT#PS20200272 - CONCRETE REPAIR - VANCOUVER SOUTH TRANSFER STATION

The City of Vancouver (the "City") invites Tenders for concrete repairs at the Vancouver South Transfer Station in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

-removal and reinstallation of bird netting;
-concrete crack repairs; and
-commercial tipping floor and pit concrete repairs using owner supplied material.

The Site is located at Vancouver South Transfer Station, 377 W Kent Ave, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the "Information Meeting") on the approximate date of Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

The location of the Information Meeting will be: Vancouver South Transfer Station, 377 W Kent Ave, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers must pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to Tuesday, October 20, 2020. The Contact Person will send a Microsoft Outlook meeting invite with the exact date and time of the Information Meeting to Tenderers and their listed subcontractors who submit the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) prior to the time and date above.

All persons attending the Information Meeting on behalf of Tenderers must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) consisting of face masks, steel toe footwear, high visibility vests, hand gloves, hard hat, and safety glasses.
