Description

Youthdale is one of the founding members of the children's mental health movement in Ontario. Youthdale provides comprehensive, integrated mental health services to children, youth, transitional age youth and their families.
Youthdale is seeking a firm to conduct an annual audit of the financial statements and express an opinion on whether or not those financial statements are relevant, accurate, complete and fairly presented and in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations.
The selected firm may be asked to conduct a review of Youthdale’s financial policies and controls, for which a separate quote would be requested. There may also be a need on an ad-hoc basis for specialised assistance in areas such as GST, tax planning, corporate governance issues related to finance or other matters.
