20-132 - Consulting Services for Town Representative for Affordable Housing Project

The Town of Okotoks is seeking submissions from qualified proponents experienced in specialized land development consulting services to act as the Town’s representative for a proposed affordable housing project. The scope of the project includes providing a main point of contact to facilitate the investigation of suitable housing types, the creation of preliminary site plans and the provision of oversight and assistance in creating an agreement with a development manager to construct the affordable housing project. The proponent should be well connected within the region, allowing for the efficient facilitation of project relationships that allow the project to remain on schedule and within budget.
