Description

Intent
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to obtain Proposals for the scope of work described herein. All Proposals received shall become the property of the Library. This Request for Proposal is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining Proposals; its issue does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose whatsoever.

Scope
This RFP is seeking a vendor to supply carpet cleaning services at all 12 branches. Carpet in branches is Savanna Style by Milliken or similar.

Organizational Overview
Greater Victoria Public Library (GVPL) aims to inspire literacy, lifelong learning, and community enrichment for all. Guided by our Board of Directors and Executive team, GVPL provides services at twelve library branches and online at gvpl.ca, servicing 380,000 residents in our ten member municipalities in the Capital Regional District.
