The Fort McKay Métis Sustainability Centre (FMMSC) is a department of the Fort McKay Metis Nation (FMMN) which was created with a mandate to minimize impacts of industrial development while maximizing community benefits with a view to protecting Fort McKay Métis Nation’s social, economic and environmental interests as well as sustaining its culture and protecting its rights for future generations. The FMMSC’s ultimate vision is to lead the Fort McKay Métis Nation to a sustainable future. Part of achieving our mandate is to responsibly report on our environmental, social and economic performance, to both internal and external stakeholders, through the delivery of our First Annual FMMN Sustainability Report. The goal is that the Sustainability Report will evolve into an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) measuring and reporting instrument. As such, you are invited to submit a statement of qualification, experience, approach, methods and fee schedule for the development of this First Annual FMMN Sustainability Report to the FMMSC.
