Description

VIRL is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a complete solution response for the supply of an "Enterprise" Health & Safety Software System. The software system will be the infrastructure that will maintain organizational "due diligence" through secure recordkeeping, tracking of action items and providing health & safety key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and safety committees ensuring continuous improvement.

Current administrative records will not be expected to transfer over to a new system due to the traditional nature of previous recordkeeping. Electronic health & safety policies and procedures, corporately and branch specific, may be transferred into a new SMS software system based on the vendor's ability to easily promote and retain these critical documents.

The overriding goal is to provide a seamless transition to a fully functional "enterprise" safety management software system.
