The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (“CM”) services for the construction of the proposed O Building Mechanical Upgrades project. The business arrangement will incorporate a Construction Manager delivery model with the option to convert to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Stipulated Sum at the Owner’s discretion.
The goal of this project is to replace the mechanical systems serving O Building administrative core, South Lobby, North Lobby and, the Common Market as well as the Culinary and Food Services Kitchens.
