Description

Douglas College invites submissions from Contractors to obtain proposals for construction services on rooftop landscape work at Coquitlam Campus of Douglas College, for Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Bid Documents attached.

Bids will be received before 2:00PM local time, Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at the
2nd Floor Security Kiosk, 700 Royal Avenue, New Westminster, B.C. V3M 5Z5.

A mandatory Site Tour is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 2:00PM at the
Security Kiosk Level 1, Douglas College, 1250 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, and all
proponents must follow COVID protocols.
Only Contractors signed in attendance at this tour may bid.

If any proponent feels it necessary to enter the Roof Courtyard areas during this mandatory site visit, the areas are still under construction and visitors will require steel toed boots and high visibility vests; alternatively, the Roof Courtyard areas can still be clearly viewed within the common area hallways without PPE.

The awarding of this Bid is subject to Douglas College executive approval and/or funding.
Should Bid submissions not receive approval and/or exceed funding levels, Douglas College
reserves the right to reject without penalty, any or all Bids.
