Description

The project consists of:
A) New Playground directly east of the school to be established and installed

Camilla School – Camilla School is a Pre-K – Grade 9 school located in the hamlet of Rivière Qui Barre. The new school is a replacement school project housing just over 500 students. The proposed playground site near the new build is undeveloped and the contractor will work with Aman Builders to coordinate the development. The estimated budget for the playground Is $200,000.

1.2 Project Objectives
The objective of this RFP is to select a qualified proponent to provide all the services for the playground. This includes but is not limited to the following scope:
• Design
• Site preparation will be coordinated alongside landscape proceedings.
• Supply and installation of playground structures
• Fall protective surfacing
• Other, as required to build a playground from start to finish

The anticipated opening of the playground is May 31, 2021.

1.3 Closing Date
Proponents are invited to submit a detailed Proposal to provide the Services. Proponents shall submit four copies of their Proposal, clearly marked Camilla School Playgrounds Project (Design, Supply, installation, and Construction). Proposals will be received at Reception up to 2:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on November 30th , 2020 (the “Closing Date”).

Proposals may be delivered to Reception by hand, courier or mail. No faxed or other electronically transmitted Proposals will be accepted by SPS.
