IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf Aerospace and Telecom Engineering Support Squadron (ATESS), requires Rohde & Schwarz handheld cable and antenna analyzer testing devices and related accessories that can provide a “one stop solution” with regards to testing, troubleshooting and tuning hardware associated with the installations. In keeping with continuity for training and familiarity with the Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) product line, as we have other R&S test equipment, we require the test equipment come from the R&S line of testers. The Rohde & Schwarz handheld cable and antenna analyzer testing devices and related accessories must be provided in accordance with Annex A Requirement.

It is the intention of the crown to award one (1) contract.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
