Description:
AFSC has stated that our preferred vendor is Kross Janitorial the Service Provider, for Agriculture Financial Services Corporation for, Janitorial Service at AFSC’s Strathmore office.
The Contract will commence upon execution and continue for up to 5 years, unless terminated earlier. The Corporate Purchasing Section may extend the Contract for up to two (2) five (5) additional years.
The estimated total cost per year is $9,000.00 excluding any additional services that may be required during the term of the Contract.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.

This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
