This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consultant Engineering Design and Construction Phase Services - FLC (Family Leisure Centre) Cogeneration as further described in the RFP package and Terms of Reference.

Bids shall be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system, hardcopy submissions not permitted.
