Description

Tenders are invited for renovations to the existing Energy Pod Room & Staff Kitchen of Delta Police Department's Headquarters, located at 4455 Clarence Taylor Crescent, in Delta, BC

The work generally consists of modifying the existing raised floor to include ramp access; GWB partition walls; T-Bar Ceilings; Light Fixtures; in-ceiling Mechanical fixtures; relocating the staff kitchen; power and data for workstations

A site visit will be held at 9:00 AM, November 25, 2020. The site can only be toured in very small groups so please account for this in your planning.
