Description

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is seeking a service provider to provide social media aggregation services to assist its Ontario Parks branch to manage, oversee and streamline their social media accounts.
Scope of Work
The Ontario Parks branch of the Ministry has over 190 social media profiles spanning Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Ontario Parks' social media program develops content based on Ontario Parks' three strategic marketing objectives: grow revenue, expand use of Ontario Parks, and increase understanding of Ontario Parks' social goals (environmental protection, healthy lifestyles, etc.).

The Vendor will be required to provide web-based social media aggregation services which consists of, at minimum:
• Social Media Profiles and User Accounts
• Content Creation and Publishing
• Customer Service Interface
• Reporting and Tracking
• Technical Support and Training
• Listening Integration
• Integration with Historical Data
