Description

The District of North Vancouver (the "District") seeks to acquire a commercially available off-the-shelf learning management software system (the "LMS"). The LMS will allow the District to track and log all work-related training and certifications for District staff. In addition, District staff will be able to register for training courses offered by the District.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors ("Proponents") for the most appropriate learning management solution to satisfy the District's requirements. Our preference is for a cloud-based solution, although on premise solutions will also be considered. Proponents are to provide a firm fixed price (including, but not limited to, software licensing, implementation services, education and training, support and maintenance, and associated software and services).

Proponents interested in this opportunity and having the necessary qualifications are invited to submit a Proposal.
