Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2. Calgary Fire Department is seeking a qualified supplier who can supply and deliver Blundstone 163 Work and Safety boots on an as required basis.

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one(1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) renewals two (2) years each time. The maximum total term is five (5) years.
