Description

The District of North Vancouver (the "District") is seeking responses from vendors (the "Respondent") who offer software solutions to support project management. Currently, the District has no centralized solution where all project information (schedules, budgets, risks, issues, etc.) can be managed. The District's goal is to implement a project management solution that can be scaled up to an enterprise solution to be used to manage all of the District's projects within the various departments responsible for project delivery.

Subject to an approved budget and a future request for proposal (RFP) process, the District intends to acquire a commercial off-the-shelf system that will achieve these goals.

This RFI is intended to consult the market, and explore potential organizational and technological solutions addressing problem requirements, including ideas and recommendations on strategy, scope and an integrated approach.

Vendors having project management software that may meet the needs of the District are encouraged to respond to this Request for Information (RFI).
