Description

Notice is hereby given by the WCB of its intention to enter into a Service Agreement with Paper Leaf Design Inc. for Ux review, research, design and creating wireframes. Paper Leaf Design Inc.has been engaged with the WCB providing assistance with Ux review, research and design on a small scale. The WCB intends to continue sourcing services from Paper Leaf Design Inc. into the 2021 calendar year while a formal pre-qualification is prepared to qualify a number of Ux design Service Providers for future WCB requirements.
Service Providers who wish to object to this decision should contact Brad Baird, Contacting Specialist, Contracting and Procurement Services by email at brad.baird@wcb.ab.ca on or before 2:00:00 P.M., Alberta Time, December 4, 2020 presenting specific reasons for their objection. If justified, the WCB will convene a meeting between its representatives and the Service Provider to review concerns.
The Service Provider’s qualifications and ability to provide the same level of service expertise and ability to address the continuity of service will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of Service Provider’s objections.
