REQUIREMENT: Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) requires the supply, installation and training in the use of a combustion elemental analysis system in the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory at the Pacific Forestry Centre (PFC) in Victoria, BC. The System will be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various materials including soil and plant material.

It is MANDATORY that delivery is completed on or before March 31, 2021.

It is MANDATORY that installation and training is completed on or before June 30, 2021.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile FTA, Canada-Colombia FTA, Canada-Honduras FTA, Canada-Korea FTA and Canada-Panama FTA.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
