Description

Meridian Pioneer Manor Apartments currently still has its original elevator that has been creating several issues/ repair over the past couple of years. Gunn Consultants has been engaged to create the upgrade elevator specifications and oversee construction activity. This project is to modernize the elevator as per the design documents that were created by Gunn Consultants under contract MER-2020-006B.
