Description

The purpose of this RFP is to select a Proponent for the preventative maintenance services of bay doors and automatic gate in the City of Abbotsford. The successful Proponent to assume duties starting March 16, 2021 for a three year term with two, one year options to renew.

The City of Abbotsford (the "City") has 151 bay doors and 29 concession/ shutter doors, gates and loading docks in 25 locations throughout the City that require annual preventative maintenance.
