Description

The Consultant will provide the following services:
1. Prepare a conceptual design of the proposed building including:
a. Identification of Potential Sites, including a review of site limitations and opportunities including available land space, road access, site servicing requirements, and traffic flow impacts;
b. Preliminary Building Layout & Design;
c. Class D (+/-50%) Lifecycle Cost Estimate, including initial and lifetime capital and operating costs;
d. Class "C" (+/-30%) Construction Cost Estimate; and
e. Construction type.
2. Estimated construction and detailed design costs plus a reasonable contingency allowance.

Proponents are advised that at this time, the District Council has not approved proceeding past the concept design and project planning phase.
