Description

In compliance with APS procurement policy, this RFP is being issued to engage the services of a cheque print vendor to print cheques and deliver to Service Alberta to ensure the continued smooth process of ensuring that pension payment cheques are printed and mailed out to pensioners in a timely manner. While APS has the option to continue using Service Alberta for the envelope insertion and mailing services, APS is interested in exploring the option of having the contractor who prints the cheques insert the cheques into envelopes and mail them.
APS desires to have a contract in place with a new cheque print vendor by March 1, 2021, with full implementation commencing May 1, 2021
