Bidders Site Visit
A MANDATORY site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:
Date: Tuesday January 26, 2021
Time: 10:00 AM
Address: 1380 Burrard Street, Vancouver BC
Entrance meet in the 1st floor lobby (not 2nd floor lobby).
This site visit is mandatory. Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
Please wear face covering and maintain social distancing during the site visit.
Please limit one personnel attend the Site Visit.

Eligible Bidders
Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
Discipline: General Contractor (Prime Contractor/Bidder)
Qualification Range: Acute or Non Acute Care Projects greater than $150K
Discipline: Mechanical Sub Contractor
Qualification Range: Acute or Non Acute Care Projects any dollar threshold may bid
Discipline: Electrical Sub Contractor
Qualification Range: Acute or Non Acute Care Projects any dollar threshold may bid
