Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from qualified general contractors to replace dehumidifier at the Bill Copeland Sports Complex.

The General Contractor is advised to only use the following roofing sub-contractors as per Request for Qualification #177-08/20:

• Atlas-Apex Roofing (BC) Inc.
• Bollman Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
• Flynn Canada Ltd.
• Harvard Industries Ltd.
• Homan Roofing Ltd.
• Mack Kirk Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd.
• Marine Roofing (1996) Ltd.
• Transwest Roofing Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on January 26, 2021 commencing at 09:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Bill Copeland Sports Centre located at 3676 Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4Z6 and should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing.
