This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary (“The City") is seeking a Supplier for the supply and delivery of a usable asphalt release agent primarily for both The Plant and Roads Construction Services group.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be
governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The City intends to enter up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) years (“Initial Term”).The Agreements may be renewed up to two (2) times for two (2) years each time (“Renewal Term”).
