Description

QUANTITIES & SCOPE: Submitting bidders are to include in their lump sum bid for all buildings as noted in A series drawings set:
]1. Supply and Install of new Rafter Vents at eaves, as per dwg A-3 (all locations)
2. Supply and Install of new Insulation Spacer at Roof Mount Vents, as per dwg A-4 (all locations)
3. Supply and Install of Sealing of ALL Plumbing Vent Stacks (see detail A-5) throughout all areas (attic spaces above all units, corridors, common rooms, utility rooms, etc.). Quantity take-offs are the responsibility of the bidder during tender. Submission of a bid obligates contractor to complete all existing occurrences in the project.
4. Supply and Install Sealing and Insulation of Ventilation Ducts (see detail A-6) throughout all areas (attic spaces above all units, corridors, common rooms, utility rooms, etc.). Quantity takeoffs are the responsibility of the bidder during tender. Submission of a bid obligates contractor to complete all existing occurrences in the project.
5. Install all new roof vents, as per dwgs A-4 & A-8
