Description

Notice is hereby given, the City of Port Moody (the City) is a member of Sourcewell and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts that is administered by Sourcewell.

2. Sourcewell's cooperative contract purchasing leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, Sourcewell establishes and provides nationally leveraged and competitively solicited purchasing contracts under the guidance of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. Joint Powers laws enable members to legally purchase through the awarded contracts.

3. The City of Port Moody is utilizing the Sourcewell Contract for the award of one (1) MODEL-12XP Intimidator 12XP Drum Chipper- (12" Drum Style) Brush Bandit under Sourcewell Canada Contract # 062117-BAN to Radius Industrial Works. Maturity Date: August 8, 2021. Total purchase price $72,677.00 plus applicable taxes.

4. Closing date, closing time and all inquiries specific to this NOI shall be made in writing by 14:00 hours PST on February 2, 2021 and directed only to Purchasing
