Description

The City of New Westminster invites Proposals for the Ice Plant System Replacement at Moody Park Arena in New Westminster, BC.

The work involves

Replace Motor Control Centre
Replace existing Condenser with a Plate and Frame Condenser with a Glycol Fluid Cooler
Ammonia Water Dilution Tank
Replace Under Slab Heating Heat Exchanger
Replace Snow Pit Heat Exchanger
Replace two compressors

Please note
The City has arranged an Optional Information Meeting and Site Viewing, on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Moody Park Arena, 701 Eighth Avenue, New Westminster, BC.

While attendance is at the discretion of the Proponents, Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. The City will not keep nor distribute minutes of the meeting.
