Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified railway contractor to supply specialized track equipment and manpower for Calgary Transit (CT) projects. Contractor crew will be working under the direction of Calgary Transit’s Roadmaster or his designate.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The Agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) times for two (2) years each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
