Description

The Leadership Talent Services VOR focuses on requirements for management and executive talent search and leadership career life-cycle services used for talent planning, selection, assessment and coaching.

The objective of this RFB is to develop a VOR arrangement in support of the following:

- To provide full service, planning and end-to-end talent search and acquisition services;

- To enhance and inform key people practices and decisions, career development and mobility through individual assessment and coaching services; and

- To meet career transition support services for managers and executives.

The resulting VOR will replace the 2016 Executive Coaching Services VOR OSS_00523295, which will expire in January 2022.

The RFB include new Service Categories, as well as refinement of existing VOR requirements. Recruitment Services VOR OSS-00470082 Service Categories 7. Executive Talent Search and 8. Deputy Minister Search requirements will be addressed in this new Leadership Talent Services VOR Service Category 1. Executive Talent Searches.
Scope of Work
Bidders may bid on one (1), some or all of the four (4) Service Categories:

1. Executive Talent Search

2. Management Talent Search

3. Leadership Assessment

4. Leadership Coaching

Multiple vendors will be awarded by Service Category.

This VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to Non-OPS Entities.

Note: The Talent Acquisition & Job Classification Services VOR RFB reference number Tender_14088 was issued in early February 2021. It’s requirements are primarily focused on staff-level positions, from talent planning through to onboarding. The job description writing and classification service category will apply to all position types. Please use reference number and RFB title to locate this separate RFB on the OTP.
