The successful Proponent to this RFP shall become a Restricted Party and shall not be permitted to join as part of any consortium (DB, DBf, DBFM, private developer, etc.) competing in any selection process for the procurement of the New St. Paul's Hospital Project (including Phase 1a and 1b).
